These are of Aubrey on Wednesday

And Lainey taking a nap in her bed.

I love you so very much I don't even mind that life made me wait so long to find you. The waiting only made the finding sweeter." (Written by Ronald Reagan in a love letter to Nancy on March 20, 1955)

Lainey at home!
This is a link to Krisha's blog for an update on the girl's: http://thedeavourshousedivided.blogspot.com/
But, I just wanted to add a few pictures of Lainey from yesterday. Danyell and I couldn't resist trying some of her accessories on her! (Sorry Popa Jim, but we love the flower headband!)
These are her houndstooth shoes for Alabama Football season!

This is Aubrey Kathryn, born at 7:16 am on Monday, June 1st. She weighed 6 pounds and 13 ounces, 19-1/4 inches long. Aubrey had to go to the High Risk Nursery because of fluid and a few minor issues. Please keep her in your prayers that she will be joining her sister soon in the room with Dan and Krisha. And yes, we all agree that she looks just like her Daddy!!!!
At 7:18, Aubrey's sister, Lainey Ryan arrived. She weighed 6 pounds and 11 ounces, 19-1/2 inches long. She is staying in the room with her Daddy and Mother during the day, being held by everyone that comes to visit. And yes, she looks exactly like her Mother did when she was born!

More pictures soon! These were taken on a phone camera, but all that I have uploaded. (Hey, I'm busy holding Lainey and trying to sweet talk Aubrey into breaking out of that HRN!)
Please continue to keep all of them in your prayers.

Aubrey and Lainey will be arriving around 7:00 a.m. on Monday, June 1st. Because Lainey can't decide which way she ways to enter the world (head first or butt first) they will be delivered by C-Section. PLEASE keep Krisha and the girls in your prayers for a safe delivery, without any complications.
Also, please say a very special prayer for Dan. This will be a wonderful, yet scary time for him, as he will be talking Krisha through the surgery.
I will also have the honor of being in the delivery room as my two little angels greet the world!
Jim will have to leave for Texas Monday afternoon after getting to meet his granddaughters, so please keep him in your prayers as he travels back home.
Updates to follow........................

Eli is no longer a "city" dog. We discovered his first TICK this week. Needless to say, he has been scrubbed down, the sheets have been bleached, and the RV sanitized. Yes, it was only one tick, one very, very small tick.....but it was a TICK.
Krisha goes back to the doctor on Tuesday. Please continue to keep her and the girls in your prayers. We are hoping their arrival will be very, very soon!

Of course, when I told Jim about our storm, his reply was, "That's nothing, I rode out Hurricane Ike!" Yes, he did. But, he also has stated that he will never ride out another one!Posted by Jim, Darlene and Eli 0 comments
