It was just another day at the pool................

............where all is right in the world when you have your sister beside you!

Eli Update............

Eli got his stitches removed this week from his surgery. However, he had a bad ear infection, so he is now on a round of antibiotics and steroids. God love him. He seems to recover from one health issue, only to have another one.

He HATES to have his picture made. If he sees you with a camera in your hand, he goes the other way. So, the other night I "tricked' him by using my web cam. He is just too cute!!!!

Moma D and "our" girls.....

Both of the girls are saying so many things now! However, the most important new thing that has been added to their vocabulary...........

Lainey said "D" the other day!!!! Now, if I can just get them to say "Moma" and "D" at the same time!!!! Or, I may just shorten my name to "D".

Ain't life grand...........

Mother's Day

Krisha, Aubrey and Lainey went to church with Popa Jim and I on Sunday. After church, Popa Jim treated us to lunch at the place of Krisha's choice (Since it was her first Mother's Day, and everyone knows my choice is always Northport Diner!). We ate at Applebee's, and as always, everyone had to stop by our table and say how cute our little girls were!

More Pool Time......

Krisha and I carried the girls back to the pool last week. Then on Saturday, Popa Jim and I carried them while Dan and Krisha did some errands in town. They seem to really enjoy their time at the pool!

Eli is recuperating.........

Eli underwent surgery on Thursday for a hematoma on his right ear. I came in from church on Wednesday night and his ear looked like a water balloon! He also had a cyst removed from his back while he was in surgery. Thanks to Dr. Kimbrell (both of them!) for taking great care of my little man. He is recuperating nicely and hopefully will have his stitches taken out in about a week.
